Windows 10: pdf file shows blank pages

Hello I lastly have downloaded one file pdf , but many pages of it are empty pages I don't know the reason why. The book source origin I know what content is inside. It shows less size than it has been The book is here at this domain:https://library.lol/main/A519ADD7494F4430A3B745A716A1A3A1I tried to repair it online but no repairing has been achieved. Please if any could repair it, I will be very thankful , because the book indeed I want it. The book language written in French and Arabic represents something related to the culture of my country

For you to download and access the PDF files, please follow the steps below:

• Please download and install the UC browser and Xodo PDF Reader & Editor from Windows Store.
• Once installed, please download the PDF file from a web page using the
  UC browser by tapping the PDF file you wish to download > Click
  Regular Download.
• Once the PDF file is downloaded, please go to App list >
  Xodo application > Menu icon > Recent Documents > tap the
  PDF file you've downloaded from UC browser.

Please note that if you have an existing PDF Reader application installed on your phone, we suggest that you uninstall it first.

Best free PDF software?

I use:

• UnityPDF to merge/split PDFs and to insert/extract pages

• doPDF to create PDFs from any program that is capable of printing

• Foxit Reader to view PDFs and to type in them

 

PDF shows blank screen

The original Default app is Edge, then in pre installed pdf reader with windows 10, we install Adobe Reader because it is very rare that the other two work correctly with PDF on the internet and printing them. On reboot it works, if you reboot into safe
mode it works. After being on for a random amount of time it stops showing the pdfs to print and only shows a blank page.
