Windows 10: PDF file stuck, when mouse cursor scrolling through top tab windows11

PDF file stuck, when mouse cursor scrolling through top tab windows11. And I can't move the open file. The only way to continue work is to close Adobe Acrobat program, and open again.Open file is movable, only if mouse cursor scrolling to top ribbon from above. Maybe someone could advise how to solve this annoying problem?

PDF-XChange Viewer: Mouse Not Scrolling

My mouse's scroll wheel (Microsoft mouse) does not work in PDF-XChange Viewer, but does work in all other software. I couldn't find any settings in Preferences to get it to work. Any suggestions?

Windows 64-bit version 21H2 19044-1526; PDF-XChange Viewer version 2.5.

 

Windows 10 File Explorer - the cursor continually moves back to the top of the list

When scrolling through a list of files in Explorer, the cursor continually moves back to the top of the list. Also when I try to rename a file the cursor moves back to the top of the list during this process.

New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903
