Windows 10: PDF X purchase and license issue

I purchased a lifetime subscription to PDF X thru the Microsoft store approximately a year ago. I should have 10 licenses that I can use for various computers. I have it only on one. I have loaded it onto my work computer under what i am reasonably certain is the profile i bought it under. However, it the program will NOT recognize my profile and therefore still stays as a 'trial' edition. Can you help me out?

Issues with purchase drawboard PDF

· Are you able to use the program after trial period? If not, do you receive any error message?

I suggest you to follow the blow steps to uninstall the program and then you can reinstall it, check if it helps.

1. Go to ‘Settings’ and Click on ‘System’.

2. Under ‘Apps and Features’ locate for the ‘PDF app’.

3. Left click on the PDF app and click on ‘Uninstall’ option.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

Trouble Opening PDF's

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

• Does the issue persist in Edge browser?
• Do you get similar error when you open the PDF file in Adobe reader?

Check if you are facing similar issue in Edge browser.



Step 1: Open PDF file in Adobe reader and check if you are facing similar issue.



To open PDF file directly from Adobe reader, follow the steps below:

• Open Adobe application and click on Edit.
• Click on Preferences and select Internet.
• Uncheck Display PDF in Browser option and check if you are able to open the PDF file without getting the error code.

Step 2: If you are able to open PDF file in Adobe reader, I suggest you to
Turn off Internet Explorer,
enable it again and check if the issue is resolved.
