    I have since tested by swapping drives thinking it was a bad drive, same results when hooked directly to the main board

    I have decided to test with an M.2 drive that I have on order so I should hopefully have it by the mid point of this week....

    Well, keep us informed.
    But the M.2 interface is a whole 'nother animal, so I'm not sure what that will prove.

    Ok, I finally got time to look into the drive and it was how the drive volume was formatted, I have cleaned the drive with disk part and re formatted the drive and all is working as expected.

    issue was solved. *Smile
