Windows 10: pen drive issues

I have a fiserv pen drive. i've trying to format it but its saying its right protected. but i've tried removing it, even with third party software, but still didn't work, it doesn't have a key or switch, diskpart didn't work, editing registry didn't work either. Pls I am lost. help

• Open Device Manager.
