    Pen issue on Microsoft Whiteboard


    Hello,I am having trouble with the pen functions on the Microsoft Whiteboard. For example: If I click the first pen black on the tool bar and try to write, my pen color will randomly switch to the color of the second pen on the tool bar even though the tool bar shows that the color should be black. This same issue will happen between all buttons on the tool bar. Sometimes I will use the highlighter, switch to a pen, the pen will be highlighted on the tool bar, but when writing a highlighter still shows up. Any support on this would be greatly appreciated.     Issues with Microsoft Whiteboard and pen

    In Whiteboard (using an HP x360 g10) there are some serious issues with the pen. In all other programs the pen works just fine. What causes this?

    Pen issue on Microsoft Whiteboard

    Whiteboard troubleshooting. Missing pen cursor.

    Hi,

    I'm using Microsoft Whiteboard with a XP-PEN drawing tablet.

    After a few minutes of sketching, the Whiteboard app freezes for some seconds and, afterwards, the pen cursors disappears. I can still draw, but without the cursor visible it's not feasible to sketch anymore.

    I've tried to disable the pen and enable it again, but it doesn't work.

    After I restart the computer, I get the pen cursor working again.

    I really like the Whiteboard app. It helps make teams meetings more productive.

    But I can't really use it like this.

    Can anyone help?
