Windows 10: Pending Loop and Failure to Download Titles

Greetings.I'm having an issue with the Microsoft Store app. I'm attempting to download a game I own Sea of Thieves: 2024 Edition, specifically, and each time I attempt to do so, the download reads pending and eventually fails out with the error message "Invalid JSON string. Exception from HRESULT: 0x83750007. Looking for any known or possible fixes to access the title I purchased.This does not appear to be occurring with other titles I've tested downloading.I've already attempted:Signing out and back inRestarting and updating the PCResetting the Microsoft Store cacheRe-registering the Micr

Windows 10 TDR failure message keeps looping

Original title: Win10 TDR Failure

My system was just built we installed win10 successfully( have an ASUS GTX970). Everything was working until win10 updated the drivers then the TDR failure message....which keeps looping and I cannot do any of the suggestions because I don't even get a screen
w an option to choose safe mode...

it just keeps trying to reboot and coming back with same error...

i tried a clean install and that led to this looping

 

Windows authomatic downloads are all pending.

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10. Now my Windows updates all say pending but they are all pending. I have tried all the steps suggested in the community forum all except doing a clean installation. What can I do. I upgraded from Windows 8 several
years back and now I have Windows 8 and Windows 10 downloads. What can I do
