Windows 10: Pending update will not install error 0x80073701

So i'm currently at version 22H2 osbuild 19045.3758 and it's telling me i'm due an update.When i try and install the update i get error code 0x80073701.I have completely uninstalled avast as this was blocking it.So far i have tried running the troubleshooter; windows update assistant; cleared the update using net stop wuauservnet stop bitsrename c:windowsSoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.baknet start wuauservnet start bitsI have tried the DISM tool which doesn't work error 14091 and sfc /scannow which doesn't work windows resource could not start the repair service.I

When you do what?

Repair install or Windows Update?

Running Window 11 Professional.

I've tried several times, but the latest Windows 11 update
(KB5014668) keeps failing with error 0x80073701.

A web site suggested I try clean booting. I tried it. It didn't help.

So I'm writing to ask if anyone has any suggestions to fix that
inability to update error 0x80073701 .

Hi, Thanks for the suggestions. I ran the troubleshooter and it said it couldn't find any problems. But then I noticed there was an arrow for details and got this:



I stopped here because I have no idea what the BITS Service is and wanted to find out before I started messing with it. I don't understand where I'm supposed to type "NETHELPMSG 2182" If you could explain and tell me how to proceed from here, would be much appreciated.

Also should note that for at least two years the first line on Windows Update Screen is in red and says "Some settings are managed by your organization". I am my organization. Here are the settings just in case they are now causing problems?
