Windows 10: People app is not in the Microsoft Store or the PC

I've researched this for days but cannot find a solution but have tried multiple things. This is a fresh Win 10 install. I added the Mail & Calendar app from the Store and configured a few accounts. When I try to launch People from that app, I get the following error: "You'll need a new app to open this ms-people link".I can't find the People app in the Store. I even looked on another machine and don't see it there either. I've read the articles about MS removing it from the Start menu forcing you to launch it from Mail & Calendar. That's not the issue here, I can't get it to launch

How to run apps that are downloaded from Microsoft app store on multiple PCs without downloading multiple times.

 

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
