Windows 10: People can hear my computer audio in calls even when I'm muted

I've tried updating drivers and even uninstalling the device in device manager, but the problem persists. I also noticed I don't have an enhancements tab in device properties so I can't turn off acoustic echo cancelation.

Audios is completely muted

Just as about to browse on the internet and watch Twitch and some stuff, I hear nothing with audios and it's dead silence. I thought I have to put mute on, but I hear nothing the rest of it.

I have to try to fix it (such as put automatic Window Audios, Plug and Play and whatever that is), remove or update audio driver and restart and the list goes on) and it's still not working. I don't know why the speaker and audio are not working. I can tell
Audios is not responding and whatever that is with configuring has been removed, whether it was a glitch or not. There no way its dead silence despite the speaker is on and hear nothing. Audio is not responding is completely glitches I guarantee and none of
the stuff is working. Perhaps it all REALTEK driver stops working and glitching out that for sure.

But seriously, can someone how to fix properly with the SIMPLE step before something is NOT gonna be pretty.

 

All audio goes mute upon a call

Hi all,

I have a problem with my WH100XM3 bluetooth headphones - all audio stops upon entering a skype / facebook / any typeof call. I've tried scanning my system files, disabling all audio devices other than my headphones and making sure that audio isn't muted
upon windows detecting a call - nothing works. To clarify, the call also has no audio volume (in addition to background music) I cannot hear anything at all.

Mute the mic will mute audio also in Teams while using Bluetooth headset

Hi Team,

This is a very peculiar problem I am facing from few days in Microsoft Teams.

Whenever I connect to a teams meeting or call through bluetooth device from my laptop, this problem occurs. it works fine in mobile app.

During call if I mute my mic it will automatically mute the audio also, I cannot hear other person in the call.

This is causing a lot of trouble during official calls and meetings. Can you suggest if there are any options or settings that I need to check and what is causing the issue. can you please resolve this.
