Windows 10: Percentage of my components being used is very low, yet my whole computer is laging. Why?

Percentage of my components being used is very low, yet my whole computer is laging. My temperature does not seems to be high either. When I restart its the lags are gone for a moment, but then it comes back. Its lagging even when I don't do anything and close everything and my computer in general shut be pretty strong. How is this possible? For some reason I cant post pictures here...GPU: Radeon RX 7800 XT - around 2% usage and 45°CCPU: Radeon Ryzen 5 5600 - around 7% usage and 40°C, speed 3.9GHz32 RAM DDR 4 - around 25% usageWin 11

New Laptop constantly low on memory.

I understand that you receive low memory error even though it has 8 gb of RAM. We will assist you to resolve the issue.

This issue may arise due to:

Corruptions in Windows components, Ram not accessing its full capacity, multiple files opened on the computer etc.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run
System Maintenance troubleshooter finds and clean up

unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

• • Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
  • Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  • Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
  • Select System Maintenance.

Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to check if the computer is using its full memory.

• Press Windows key + R and type msconfig.
• Go to Advance options and check if you have choosen use Maximum memory.
• If not, I suggest you to place a check mark, restart the computer and check if that helps.

system laging

its my new laptop and its laging what can i do?

 

WiFi bars are low on my computer but my other computer WiFi bars are high

Since the devices are in the same location and one device is getting a low signal, we would like to further clarify the concern with the following questions below:

• The computer that is getting a low signal, is it connecting using a external WiFi adapter or does it have a the WiFi built in?
• If you are using a external WiFi adapter, have you attempted to plug the device in another port on your computer?
• What troubleshooting steps have you attempted?
