Windows 10: Performace of malloc/free is very slower than Windows 7

Hello all,

I've created a simple program for measuring malloc() and free() by QueryPerformanceCounter()
in a few byte size like this.

I've noticed performance of malloc() and free() in windows 10 is very slower than windows 7.

Below table is 100 time average of malloc() and free() execution time.

In all data size , especially over 10000000 byte, windows 10 is slower than windows 7.

Do you have any suggestions to improve this performance on windows 10?
I believe windows 10 has some switch for this.

The only advantages from upgrading are you are get slightly better performace on slower computers/laptops and due to the DX12 support, high spec PCs will perform slightly better. OTher than that win10 is just annoying, I lasted just over a week with it,
then went back to windows 7.

I down loaded free windows 10 spider solitaire and it runs slower than I do? Is this typical? Windows 7 games ran fast.
