Windows 10: Performance Drop after Windows 10 Update

I just built a new pc on 3/28 and I've had super high performance on programs like Autodesk Maya and Clip Studio Paint as well as games like Starcraft 2. Yesterday, on 3/31 I got a windows update and, when it finished, I noticed that all of my frame rates dropped from a max of 175fps to a max of 55fps with a lot of stuttering. I'm also having a tough time starting the art programs I mentioned earlier and I'm really not sure what to do to get my performance back. Any ideas?

issues may arise from software changes, outdated drivers, conflicting
programs,
and sometimes update components that was not successfully completed.

You may run the Windows Update troubleshooter. By doing this we will be able to determine if the root cause of the issue and thereby fix it.

Kindly follow the steps below:

• Download the Windows Update
  Troubleshooter, and then select
  Open
  or Save
  in the pop-up window.

Note:
If you select Save, you need to go to the folder where
the troubleshooter is downloaded to. After the download is complete, double-click the latest
wu.diagcabfile to run the troubleshooter.

• Select Next
