Windows 10: Performance Improvement Needed

Discus and support Performance Improvement Needed in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; New Windows 10 user cannot figure out how to run performance improvements functions (defrag, remove temp files, remove cookies, etc.).     Also a little trick;

    If you have not cleaned it out before doing a clean install do this; copy the Download Folder in File Explorer to a USB or another drive on the disk. Then use it to install the downloaded programs rather than wandering all over the Internet to download
    the programs again.
