Windows 10: Performance issue till resetting my pc cause of virus

I want to know something I just notice now may be it is because of that am getting low fps while playing, the issue is just when I ente fortnite I enter my task manager to see if there is any problem with my cpu. It was running as normal 2 to 4.2 GHz but when I enter a match I see it drop to 1.85 GHz I just want to know if it was normal or not.

There is Virus in my pc till yesterday.

There is virus in my pc till yesterday. I contacted your support 2 times but they didn,t solve my problem. Virus has deleted my accounts,games etc. Can anyone here help me to remove virus from my pc without installing a fresh window.
