Windows 10: Performance issues while browsing or Playing game

so while I'm just casually watching some vids on youtube or playing some games, my laptop Asus TUF Fx505DT, WIN 11 when the fan starts to get noisy the device becomes so laggy and the pingwhile in online game increases up to 1000msmy first diagnosis was my laptop exhaust covered in dust, but after I cleaned it out. the problem still occurredmy second diagnosis was my windows were somehow buggy?. so the first thing I noticed was that while i'm still using WIN 10 the problem didn't occur, then I upgraded it to WIN 11 through the update option the problem starts to happenPSA: the problem on
