Windows 10: Performance laptop Alienware m14x R3 on windows 10 suddelny freezing 1sec while watching...

Good morning anyone, i have an issues on my laptop latelyhere's the spec ;and my dedicated GPU nvidia GTX 765m.issue :1. While i watching any kind videos youtube , facebook, or even my downloaded movies and the videos sometimes stuck / freezing for 1sec at least but the sound still goin on without any freeze or lag. Then i already try a few things ; setting Nvidia grapichs, Disable/Update graphics driver or even reinstall the driver.2. Back years ago, whn i press FN + F5 i can use my dedicated graphics card. but now i can't even use it when i press the hotkey.. it will changed to intergrat

Alienware says it's Microsoft's problem that my Aurora R3 will not upgrade to Windows 10

I was also having an issue like this, I would follow these steps but I really don't want to dual-boot. Do you think Microsoft (because I know Alienware wont :/ ) will take steps to help us (people with alienware aurora r3's) out? I really like the look of
Windows 10 but to be unsupported without having to perform a little trick on the setup (hold down the power button when the computer is restarting in setup, wait about 10 seconds then start it back up again; basically a manual reboot) is a shame.

Alienware says it's Microsoft's problem that my Aurora R3 will not upgrade to Windows 10

I tried twice today to upgrade to Windows 10, but each time the installation freezes after the reboot to continue on to "Updating System Configuration." I called Alienware, they said that the problem lies with Microsoft and that Microsoft needs to release
an update to fix this issue. If you are not familiar with the R3, it's the Alienware that Dell forgot. No BIOS upgrades since November of 2011. The R4 does upgrade and has been supported much longer than the R3.

Any truth to what Alienware is saying?

Are the issues fixed with the Alienware R3 and the USB 3.0 Driver and windows 10. If not, could someone please send the info on how to fix it. Thank you,
