Windows 10: Performance on Other Apps Wile Ingame

I have a problem with lag on other apps while playing games. So for example, when I'm tabed in to a game everything else gets a performance decrease like a restriction so it gets really laggy. I guess it would work if you only play games and doesn't do anything else but sometimes Iike to watch YouTube. Just to add this was not a problem when I used Windows 10.So my question is, is there a setting that can turn of performance decrease when you have apps open.I hope someone understands what I'm talking about. My English isn't that great, but if you know of any setting that will fix this problem

Taskbar can still be clicked when ingame.

Hi,

There may be a need to check out some settings on the PC as well as on the game itself.

That said, please do the following steps first:

• Click on Start and type in Settings on the
  Search bar.
• Click on Personalization.
• Click on Taskbar and turn the Lock the taskbar
  to On.
• Launch the game and see how it goes.

If the issue is the same, there is also a possibility that there are settings on the InGame that need checking. It would be best to contact the InGame developer and ask about that.

App to record videos of ingame footage

Title says it all, it cant be fraps because I will have to keep stringing loads of 30 sec vids together, which is just a pain in the arse, and I'm not about to pay for an app thats only going to be used while making the twilight K.E.T. mod, so any suggestions on free alternatives?
