Windows 10: Performance tab in Task Manager says i'm using 66 percent of my ram but the User's tab says...

This has been a problem since before I upgraded to Windows 11 and also happens to my CPU sometimes. I have tried removing the extra 2 gb of ram I added but it still does the same thing.My laptops specs areIntel Core i7 8665U10 GB DDR4 RAM 8GB stick, and 2GB stick256 GB M.2 SSD

Actually, I like your suggestion as a first step.

Unchecking the wrong thing in Autoruns can brick a system.

I use Windows 10 1809 with latest update. my laptop asus x556ur core i3 with 4gb ram and 2 gb Nvidia gpu. my task manager performance tab is missing gpu process tab. no intel nor Nvidia . I have ran sfc scan ,tried every option of task manager . it was
there before . I'm also a gamer. the gpu performance is missing . it's gone .

please help me .

my direct x is 12 and everything is up to date . please help me

 

Performance tab on Task Manager not updating (Windows 10)

The performance tab on Task Manager does not update. Everything says 0% except for CPU usage which continually says 100% on this tab though it updates on the Processes tab if I close task manager and open it again.

Please help.
