Windows 10: Performancec startsa as usual then degrades to unuseable

My PC has been acting up the last few weeks Seems it happened after I installed HR Block tax software. I uninstalled it but the problem remains. PC info:

Everything works fine until after a few hours when the problem starts. I have always ran several different programs at a time in addition to my email and browser without a problem sometimes with the PC left on for days. Now, the PC slows down and ultimately, for example, when I use file explorer, I can see the icons and a few names but after a bit, only the icons show. Also one of my ham radio programs loads but the log shows blank as though it is a new log which it isn't. At this point, I can restart and everything again works properly for a while. I monitor task manager and see nothing unusual in performance, CPU and memory, so it appears the RAM is not maxxing out.

I ran sfc /scannow twice and it failed to correct all problems. Then ran dism and it said iy complete4d successfully. Restarted the PC but the problem persists.

Unable to degrade ie11 in windows 10

Installed updates list is blank in my computer running on windows 10.

I have earlier updated to ie11 and I now want to degrade to ie6 or ie8.

Is there any way to degrade other than from control panel> programs & features>installed updates.

 

Windows 10 degrading

Has anyone found a solution to the degradation of windows 10? My system now fails on average once every two days. This occurs usually when the computer wakes up after being asleep for a period of time. a number of programs do not work especially solitaire.

Solutions, other than the obvious?

 

GPS performance degraded ol of a sudden.

It's not even a month when i got lumia 920, its gps isn't able to catch direction as it used to when it's new, its performance degraded ol of a sudden since 2 days, wat can be the reason, please suggest as GPS is very important for me.
