Windows 10: Performed a factory reset on laptop then got the "Other Users" login. Created...

I performed a factory reset on my Lenovo laptop, running windows 10. After a few hours, when the laptop rebooted, I was presented with the "other users" login screen. I sort of expected to be prompted through setting up the unit as if it were new, but this did not happen. After some online searching and troubleshooting I found the solution was to enter safe mode, and activate the administrator account, which I did successfully. My only question is, now what? From the admin login I cannot access the internet, any applications, or add other users. What do I do to get my laptop back to being functional at this point?

Cannot login after Factory reset stuck on Other Users page

Which OS is currently installed or returned to after Factory Settings?

As per the information that you have provided, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Follow the steps to enable Built-in Administrator account:

• If on Windows 7 press F8
  upon restart after the manufacturers logo appears. If on Windows 8,8.1 press
  Shift key and then Restart to access Safe Mode.
• Then access command prompt (admin) and type:
  net user administrator /active:yes (To enable Built –in Administrator account give the command Active: No).
• Then press ENTER.

Step 2: Administrator Account.

Log in through the in built admin account, create a new administrator account and check if you can log in. If you are able to log into the new account, deactivate the inbuilt admin account.

Factory Reset and other user created

Hi,

I had purchased a new lenovo laptop with preinstalled windows 10. After using 5 to 6 days, the system became little bit slow. So I did factory reset and post the process had been completed, I got a login page where it is asking for other user log in credentials
and even the wifi/ LAN is not working to connect to the internet. Could please help me out how to get rid of this problem.
