Windows 10: Periodic Windows 10 Desk Top Change

Once a month or so my PC will start up in the morning and unexpectantly ask for a pin and then boot to a new desk top background with icons located in a different position? If I restart the pc it returns to the configuration, I had prior. What's causing that to happen??

Since you already tried the compatibility settings and other troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you uninstall the newest update to isolate the issue. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the Search bar, type in Programs and Features and select the top most result.
• On the left menu, select View installed updates.
• Right click on the newest update and click Uninstall.

Monitor the Windows Mobile Device Center and see if there are any changes. If possible, try to reinstall the update and see if the Windows Mobile Device Center will still work.

Deleted photo from Windows 10 desk top but all desk top files and most icons disappeared as well?

 

Desk top Icons

After the last update I noticed that my desk top icons changed locations. I've tried all the suggested fixes and rearranged them three times but every time I boot up, the icons have changed locations . I went as far as to have Geek Squad try to fix the
problem. They tried for an hour and suggested that I contact you. Went do you plan to issue a fix for this bug???
