Windows 10: Permanent Removal of Focus Assist

Fixes are not working I need Focus Assist removed. Focus Assist dose not assist me in any way at all. If anything Focus Assist is a hindrance that gets in my way effecting productivity. I have tried a total of 23 tips and nothing has worked have worked. I do not need anymore tips to turn off Focus Assist I need it removed. Focus Assist is more annoying then Clippy, please for the love of the gods give us a Hard Shut Off for Focus Assist that works. Don't need it, Don't want it, Cannot stand it,

Permanent Removal of Focus Assist (or other fixes)

I have tried every combination of every setting and switch in the Focus Assist settings, but no matter what I do it comes back on within seconds. I've been able to coast on 'priority only' mode as a compromise, with my messenger apps enabled as priorities, but that no longer seems to be working either. Being unable to even customize focus assist's function is making it worse than useless. It's very important that I'm able to see who's messaging me when.

The issue: Despite shutting everything off in Focus Assist's settings, I keep seeing that Focus Assist is on in the tray. Opening up the settings shows everything still off. Turning focus assist off right from the tray and taskbar doesn't work for more than a second.

-GEForce game overlay is also shut off.

-I don't have a second display plugged in, I only have one monitor

-again, I have everything turned off in focus assist's settings.

The Question: What can be done to either permanently remove Focus Assist or fix it so it will properly switch off when switched off?

 

How to remove Focus Assist permanently

Despite all my attempts at disabling Focus Assist using instructions provided by official MS and other websites, the app persists. I never use it. How can I permanently remove it, whether using Regedit or another method? FWIW, my Win10 Pro doesn't let
me access Group Policies for some unknown reason. Please help, since I really dislike this waste of time and effort. Thanks.
