Windows 10: Permanently disable user control

I would know if there is a setting or procedure to permanently disable user control, because every time i select to never notify me after reboot it come back to normal

• Click OK.

Steps to disable User Account Control (UAC).

• Click the Start button, type UAC.
• Click Change User Account Control settings.
• Click Yes or enter your password.
• Set the settings to Never notify.
• Click OK to save the settings.

How to permanently disable ms virtual wifi adapter

You may permanently disable the Virtual Network Adapter and Virtual Wifi Adapter by deleting it completely from the Network and Sharing Center.

To do this, kindly follow the steps below:
