I use the photos app to view and cull my images. When I decide to process one of them, I also decide what software I want to start working with. I recently had to reinstall my operating system and now, every time that I pick a program I also have to uncheck the box that says, "Always use this app to open .NEF files". I don't want to have to uncheck a box every time I process a picture. Every keystroke I can save is valued. Thank you!

How to remove old installed driver permanently?

Hi,

I would suggest you follow the below steps to permanently remove the Bluetooth drivers.

Step 1:

Go to search box next to windows icon and type device manager

Step 2:

Under Device manager expand Bluetooth

Step 3:

Right-click on the Bluetooth device for which you want to uninstall the drivers permanently

Step 4:

Then click on Properties and select the Drivers tab

Step 5:

Under drivers tab Click on Uninstall Device

Step 6:

Uninstall Device prompt Tick the box next to Delete the driver software for this device

Step 7:

Click Uninstall & then restart the PC

Step 8:

Restart the PC again and then plug the new Bluetooth device

Change "Open with" list items

This Nir Sofer utility shows gzdoom on the list, I also tried to add it with this old program that you linked but windows explorer seems to ignore this.

Also the suggestion that I leave 'Always open with...' un-checked. resulted in that it opened it once but never added it to open with list permanently. It stays top open with dialog but not to context menu.

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
