Windows 10: Permission is denied by Windows in VMware in Ubuntu

i am sharing window folder with vnware ubuntu. when i edit the file that is located in the share folder of window in the ubuntu then it gives error of permission denied below screenshots are attached.w

Vmware ubuntu with windows 10 anniversary update

I have just installed Windows 10 anniversary update. I also run a virtual ubuntu machine (ubuntu 16) in vmware player 12. Since the windows 10 update, I am unable to load the virtual ubuntu os. The machine boots to the login screen. I then try to login and
get a black screen, the fan sounds like it is taking off and it never reaches the ubuntu desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling vmware player but to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Permission denied as admin
