Windows 10: Permission Needed to Download App from Microsft Store - Change this setting!

I'm trying to download iTunes App from the Microsoft App Store - and it is saying I need permission...and requests an email be sent to someone to get permission. HELP! How do I see who is getting the email...or how can I change this setting?? Thanks

Some apps require certain permissions to work properly. However, you can change the permissions given to the apps by following the below steps:

1. Click on Start.
   
2. Click on Settings and then click on Privacy.
   
3. Under the App Permissions you can change the permissions which are assigned for the apps.
   

However, you can go through the
Microsoft Privacy Statement.

unable to download games from app store

Hi,

I suggest that you reset the Windows store, follow the steps below.

Reset the Windows Store

You can use the steps below to refresh the Store which will clear the cache and refresh your library and permissions.

• Close the Windows Store app if you have it open.
• Click Start and type wsreset.
• Right-Click on the command and click Run as Administrator. If the Windows permission box appears, click Yes or Run.
• A black MS DOS screen will appear for a few seconds. Wait for it to disappear and the Store will automatically open.
• Attempt to install Sea of Thieves

Cupertino-based Apple Inc. has just announced that its Mac-friendly app store has managed to surpass 100 million downloads in less than a year.
