Windows 10: Permmision issues on windows programms, not affecting most 3rd party programms.

I can open most 3rd party apps but as soon as i try to open This pc, file explorer a image etc they will not open and only say "windows cannot access the specified path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions" if i click on anything in the taskbar it either does not do anything or give the error previously stated. This started after i restarted my computer after loging in to another microsoft account so i could download so.e already owned applications. I can still open cmd regedit and powershell also i can open all with admin privileges. Can anyone help me? Could i format a usb d

Where are my programmes listed using Windows 10

I have just bought a new laptop with windows 10 and have downloaded various programmes. Where are they ?!

I can't find a list of them anywhere. They are not added to those daft boxes on the front screen and they are not in the list when I click on the Start button, just some are listed but not many and in an order I don't like, last purchased then frequently
used (not) and who wants 'suggestion for paid programmes' ?)

Uninstalled programmes

Is there any way to list recently uninstalled programmes?

I'm using Windows 10 Home 1709

 

"none finding" of Windows 10 programmes.

Trying to update Windows 10, to version 1803.

Update reaches 49 %, then advises me that Avira AntiVir can't be uninstalled, and I have to do this myself.

I have tried " add/remove programmes from the control panel - not listed

Settings and troubleshooting - no programme listed.

Regedit and into local programmes - not listed

I have tried the Deep search programmes from "Revo unistall" - can't find it.

I have tried the deep search from "10bit uninstaller" - can't find it.

HELP.

What do I do next to enable me to run my Windows update, please??
