  1. Perpetual mic feedback with monitoring off

I´ve been having mic feedback into my headphones for 3 days now, I know what mic monitoring is and I´ve checked 10 times or more that it is already off, there´s no way I could have checked another device properties because I have all my other audio devices disabled. I´ve already checked the drivers, the device has it´s own software and the software is up to date, I have a 1 year old motherboard and my headphones are a pair of G733´s so I highly doubt it´s a hardware problem. I can´t seem to fix this, help.

    :)

    USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

    Thanks Elise,

I found more links which suggest

    1. turn one of the monitor

Using Steps Recorder on Two monitors. (microsoft.com)

How to limit Problem Steps Recorder to single - Microsoft Community

I need assistance on both suggestions; how to

    1. turn off laptop monitor?
    2. locate feedback hub on Cortana?
My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

    Thanks Ahead!

Windows Phone Camera App: Recording Video with headset microphone instead of internal mic

    Hello,

The phone only uses the built-in mic when recording videos on the Camera app. If you want to use an external mic when recording videos, it is best that you send this suggestion through Feedback Hub so our developers can work on it. To send a feedback on
your phone, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to All apps, search for the Feedback
      Hub app.
    2. Open the Menu icon at the top left side.
    3. Select Feedback, then tap the Add button
(+) at the top right side.
    4. Select Suggestion and provide the details needed in the box.
    5. Select the right category and then submit.

Let us know if you have any concerns.
