  1. Persistant Chinese language Removal

Hey there, I've recently bought an Asus with Chinese Windows Home edition installed, upgraded to Pro and installed english language pack. I've made it the default display and updated the region and keyboard setting. Even after copying this setting for welcome screen and other user, the display remains in some areas in Chinese. I did try delete the chinese pack alltogether but it keeps coming back. Any idea how to entirely remove it?

    :)
