  1. Persistent "Explorer.EXE" Popup Issue Despite Troubleshooting Attempts

I hope this finds everyone well. I've stumbled upon a issue on my Windows 11 over the last 2-3 days that has left me scratching my head. Every time I boot up, I'm greeted with an "Explorer.EXE" popup featuring a blank message box. Despite my best attempts to troubleshoot, the issue persists. Here's a list of actions I've taken so far, to no avail:Executed sfc/scannow in the command prompt - no integrity violations found.Ran chkdsk to check for disk errors - came back clean.Conducted a system scan using Bitdefender - no threats detected.Executed DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth com

  3. Internet Explorer Persistent Crashing

Thank you for running the DISM command. Now, it's best we troubleshoot Internet Explorer itself. First, we should
reset Internet Explorer to fix this issue. If the issue continues, we suggest disabling and
re-enabling Internet Explorer. You may follow these steps:

    • Press the Windows key and type Windows Features.
    • Right click on Turn Windows Features on or off and choose
      Run as Administrator
. The Windows Features dialog box appears.
    • Uncheck Internet Explorer from the box, and then click
      Yes
      on the warning dialog box.
    • Click OK. Settings will be applied and you'll be asked to restart your computer.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Follow the same steps for re-enabling Internet Explorer.

Once done, check if Internet Explorer is now stable.

Otherwise, we'll be here to help.
