A few weeks ago, my laptop's wifi suddenly disappeared from the system, upon doing a little research and configuration, i learned that this was a fairly common glitch with the Intel AC 9650 hardware, and occurs after Windows updates.Usually, going to the device manager and disabling/re-enabling the adapter used to fix the issue, but now the Code10 error has started occurring ALL DAY, literally every 5 minutes, I cannot get through a single meeting, email, task without the network disconnecting, and at times, even disabling/re-enabling the adapter and reinstalling the drivers does not work.Here

32-bit driver for Intel Wireless-AC 9650

An extremely helpful thread showed how to get a 32-bit driver for the Intel Wireless-AC 8265:

I'm trying to set up a machine with an 9650 card and I can't find a 32-bit driver; Intel never released a 32-bit version for any OS, as far as I can tell. Does anyone have a way of using this card in a 32-bit system? Many thanks for any help.

 

Intell(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz cannot start. (Code 10)

I've had some similar issues with that adapter in the past where it would simply disappear completely. In my case I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver completely.

Try these steps:

1) While you have access to the internet, or from another machine, download the following 2 drivers:

Download Windows(R) 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel(R) Wireless Adapters
Download Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) for Windows(R) 10

One of these is the WiFi driver, the other is for the integrated bluetooth.

Make sure you place these drivers on that laptop before you continue.
Make sure that you know the name of the WiFi network you need to connect to and the password before you continue.

2) Locate the WiFi Adapter in device manager:



NOTES: My WiFi adapter has a different name than yours because this particular machine has a different module installed.
If the device does not show up in Device Manager, try enabling the display of hidden devices like this:



3) Right-click and select the option to uninstall the device. Make sure to delete the driver as shown below.






4) After uninstalling, install the two drivers you downloaded.

5) You will need to rejoin your wireless network.

 

Wireless AC 9560 (Code 39) - and Bluetooth (Code 3)

I stumbled across that my wireless and Bluetooth module in my network settings have gone missing. Not sure when this happened, but I went to check updates and there was nothing new to update. I disabled my Ethernet settings and troubleshoot for wireless connection and that resulted in a network reset.

I went to check my device manager and went into my properties in Bluetooth and the wireless AC.

• The wireless Bluetooth device status stated "The driver for this device might be corrupted, or your system may be running low on memory or other resources. (Code 3)"
  
• The Wireless AC 9560 gave me this "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
  
  {Access Denied}
  A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted those access rights."
  

I went to do some research and the steps I followed:

1. download bluetooth software on intel website
   
2. download intel wifi software
   
3. uninstall from apps and features in the settings area
   
4. uninstall bluetooth and wireless AC 9560 in device manager
   
5. WIN + R and typed Cleanmgr.exe to delete temp files
   
6. reboot
   
7. install step 1 first and then installed step 2
   

I am still not able to see or turn on my wireless connection or bluetooth connection.
