Windows 10: Persistent IRQL_ NOT_LESS_Equal BSOD! Need help!

Context: I recently got this bsod and its giving me a hard time. It appears every now and then, even at idle.

What I did so far: 1) Replaced my ram sticks with newly bought one (same issue still) DDR3 1600Mhz 1.5V 2) DISM Command 3) SFC Scan 4) Disabling Cache Writing 5) Replaced PSU 6) Reinstalled Fresh Window 10
7) Chkdsk 8) Disabled XMP Profile 9) Flashed BIOS 10) Cleared CMOS + Loaded Bios Default

I'm running out of ideas and wasted money on new ram. Does any have a fix in mind? I really need some help! Thank you!

Persistent BSOD ntoskrnl.exe

Ok understood CW. Could it be possible that even though the memory used is in the QVL list for the motherboard that it would still cause BSODs? I don't really feel like futzing with Memtest so would next steps be updating to latest BIOS, installing all RAM and then retesting?

Weird BSOD problem


Hi Everyone,

I have a weird BSOD problem which I cannot solve for a while(it persists still after upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7)

The main strange thing about this is that I get BSOD only after cold boot.
So it acts like this:

1. start PC.
2. Get to Windows Logo Screen
3. BSOD
4. Restart
5. Get to menu where I can try to repair or Start NormallyIf I Choose Repair, it will fail to repair and will try to restoreIf I Choose Start Normally, it will start OK, no BSOD, can work normally, games, browse internet, everything is normal.6. Shutdown PC
7. Next time when I start is all over again i.e. Go to Step 1

I have this problem for a while, so what I tried:

1. Another Windows 7
2. Another HDD
3. Only HDD connected
4. Changed RAM
5. Tried with built in GPU
6. Upgraded to Windows 10

Result is the same as above every time.

Please suggest what could be the cause.
