Hello Microsoft Community, I recently upgraded my PC to the "2023-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5032288", moving from Windows 11 Version 22H2. Post-update, I'm facing several critical issues:Start Menu and Taskbar Malfunctions: The start menu button on the keyboard isn't working, nor does clicking the start menu on the taskbar open it. Persistent "Explorer.EXE" Popup Issue Despite Troubleshooting Attempts

I hope this finds everyone well. I've stumbled upon a issue on my Windows 11 over the last 2-3 days that has left me scratching my head. Every time I boot up, I'm greeted with an "Explorer.EXE" popup featuring a blank message box. Despite my best attempts to troubleshoot, the issue persists.

Here's a list of actions I've taken so far, to no avail:

1. Executed sfc/scannow in the command prompt - no integrity violations found.
   
2. Ran chkdsk to check for disk errors - came back clean.
   
3. Conducted a system scan using Bitdefender - no threats detected.
   
4. Executed DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth command - operation completed successfully.
   

I've attached a screenshot of the error to give a better idea of what's going on. I've tried everything I could think of but nothing has worked. Now I'm reaching out for any help or suggestions. Thanks a lot for your time and help. I really hope to get this sorted out soon.

I'm encountering a challenging issue on my Windows 11 system that I hope to get some insights on. My system exhibits a persistent blurring effect around windows or applications when they are not in active use. This problem is notably pronounced with certain applications like Visual Studio Code and the OBS stream chat. The issue seems to be system-wide and independent of the application in use.

System Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Display: High-resolution (2560x1440) on a 32-inch monitor
  
• Display 2: 1080x1920 (Vertical) 27 inch monitor.
  

Symptoms:

• Blurring effect around inactive windows or parts of the screen, affecting multiple applications.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated all graphics and system drivers.
  
• Adjusted High DPI scaling settings and experimented with custom scale settings in Windows.
  
• Reinstalled affected applications.
  
• Attempted various display and system settings adjustments, including changing resolution, scaling, and refresh rate settings.
  

Temporary Resolution Attempt:

• Changing the monitor setting from "Auto" to "Wide" provided temporary relief, but the issue later reoccurred.
  

Additional Context:

• The blurring seems to activate when focus shifts away from a window or application.
  
• Standard display setting adjustments and driver updates have not resolved the issue.
  

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and is impacting my workflow significantly. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or guidance on further troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced something similar or can offer advice on resolving this?
