  1. Persistent OneNote Window

Hi, The OneNote app on my surface pro 9 refuses to close. Whenever I x out the window it reappears within a second and the same happens even when I try to minimize the window. I can’t even click on any other windows or applications as the OneNote app will keep reappearing. I genuinely cannot do anything because even settings will open but be covered up by the OneNote app that is just not closing. What do I do I need immediate help?

    :)
