Windows 10: Persistent PC Issues After Multiple Wipes and Reinstalls EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading...

Hello,I find myself in a perplexing situation after undergoing four complete wipes of my PC. Despite these efforts, I am still encountering issues that render my PC unusable, with applications consistently crashing and system resources proving ineffective in resolving these problems.Here are the details of my systemrocessor: 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-13900K 3.00 GHzInstalled RAM: 64.0 GB 63.8 GB usableSystem type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorEdition: Windows 11 ProVersion: 23H2Installed on: ‎2/‎19/‎2024OS build: 22631.3155Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000

PC Specs,

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 22631)
I9-14900k,

MSI RTX 4090

Asus Strix Z790-E

4 x 16GB DDR5 6400MT/s (Set to 4800Mhz by default in bios)
- I have tested this with a 2 x 16GB setup as well and also forcing the clock speeds to 5600Mhz as well (Maximum i9-14900k can handle)
Memory is Corsair Dominator Titanium CMP64GX5M4B6400C32

4 x 16GB, 32-40-40-84 1.4v

Errors;

Cyberpunk - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
ARK Survival Assended - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Minecraft (Java) - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Call of Duty MW3 - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 - Crashes without error.
Hogwarts Legacy Does Not Load.

All different codes, Different versions of those errors.

Working Games;
- World Of Warcraft
- Starcraft
- 7 Days to Die
- Doom
- Destiny 2
- Starfield
- Cities Skylines (Although crashes sometimes)

I have

- Wiped the drives completely 3 times and installed windows fresh with a new install and all fresh driver updates.

- Made sure device manager was updated and any missing drivers fixed.
- Used armoury Crate to update all ASUS Drivers.
- Used MSI to update all the Graphics Utilities
- Nvidia Experience running latest graphics Drivers
- Updated all known drivers from all websites and also installed utilities.

Have done a complete stress test using 3DMARK and all performance indicators are running perfectly fine. (Scores and temps all under control)

I have read that people need to go to the game developers to get support for similar issues but this is happening with most every game.

This error, EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, is often due to a problem with your computer’s memory or graphics card. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

1. Update your graphics drivers: Go to your graphics card manufacturer’s website and download the latest drivers for your model. Install them and restart your computer.
   
2. Verify your game files: In the Epic Games Launcher, go to your library, click on the three dots next to Fortnite and select “Verify”. This will check for any corrupted or missing game files and replace them.
   
3. Disable Fullscreen Optimizations: Right-click on FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe, choose “Properties”, navigate to the “Compatibility” tab, and check the “Disable Fullscreen Optimizations” box.
   
4. Repair EasyAntiCheat: let’s start by locating and repairing the EasyAntiCheat file.
   

• Hold Windows key and press E.
  

• Type C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64\ EasyAntiCheat in the address bar and press Enter.
  

• Go To The Fortnite Folder and Locate EasyAntiCheat So You Can Repair It
  

• Locate and open the EasyAntiCheat (or EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe)
  

• Click Repair Service
