Windows 10: Persistent update failure 0x80242016

Hi Community,Since March I've been consistently getting update errors when my system attempts to update to Windows v20H2, with various error codes which I did not keep track of. The most recent failure has the error code 0x80242016. windows 10 failure to update to latest 2004 version : 0x80242016

I recently faced this issue and strangely the problem was resolved after disabling windows search service.

Follow these steps -

Once you are upated to windows 10 2004, just re-enable the search service.

0x80242016 Failure to install version 2004 Feature update to Windows 10

So do I need start over with a fresh OS install and wipe my drive? In order to solve a separate and recurring problem of "You've been signed in with a temporary profile" error which keeps resetting one of my family member's profile, I've been
trying to update Windows 10 from version 1903 to 2004 with no success. 1903 was successfully installed almost a year ago on a new high-end build, but the automatic updates have failed for the past few months, and I've had at least a half dozen more failures
from my direct attempts in the last couple days. I've even tried an "in-place upgrade" using the Media Creation tool, as well as following steps from

Independent Adviser Wendy Jones on my latest attempt that appeared to Check for Corrupted System File, Run Windows Update Troubleshooter (which did detect and resolve an issue remediated by :EnableUUPScanPlugin as well as a 'Problem with BITS service:
The requested service has already been started. More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182.' that may or may not have been resolved), and Reset the Windows Update Components, but I still received the 0x80242016 error. I've printed out the Windows
Update logs, but there are hundreds of lines of text, and I don't know where to begin. Help?

I have installed windows 10 1903 by clean way and tried update operating system, but after all windows updates i have checked the update list and seen that pic



but it turned out already have installed that update in "installed updates"



So the main question is "do i need reinstall that update or it installed correct and everything is okay?"
