Windows 10: Personal computer but it always shows "the organizer ask to change the pin"

Hi, I had the problem for a long time. I use my laptop, but it always asks me to change my pin number. I used to connect it with my school email but now I no longer access it with my school email. How to fix it? /* moved from Chinese Simplified */

Windows 11 pin says "Organization requires pin change"

When I log into Windows 11 Home edition I use a pin. After a few weeks it will prompt me to change my pin and shows "Organization requires pin change". This is a personal computer and there is no organization, I do not want to have to change my pin every few weeks. I have seen solutions for Windows 10 for this problem but those do not work for me with Windows 11.

How do I disable changing my pin every few weeks?

 

When I try to change my home computer's PIN, it says it doesn't work for my "organization's resources." I have no organization.

This should be very simple: My kids know my home computer's PIN and I want to lock them out of it. At first, I created a picture password, but it still lets you type in the PIN as an alternative method of logging in. So all I want to do is change my PIN.

1. I went into Sign-in options, and Windows Hello PIN doesn't appear to be set up. It says "This option is currently unavailable—click to learn more."
   
2. I click "Sorry, this PIN isn't working for your organization's resources. Tap or click here to fix it."
   
3. It says my "organization" requires me to set up my "work or school account" with Windows Hello. I have no organization. This is just my personal computer.
   
4. When I click OK, it asks me to sign in with my Microsoft account. When I try to do so, it says "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead."
   

Nothing makes me angrier than my personal home computer telling me I don't have permission to do something. Here are my issues that I need help with:

1. I need to type in a PIN on startup every time, but the sign-in options says it's not set up yet.

2. I want to change the PIN. I don't care if it's officially a "Windows Hello" PIN or whatever it is, it's a PIN and I want to change it.

3. I don't want there to be any "organization" associated with this computer or my personal Microsoft account. How do I scour any connection to an organization from my computer entirely so I don't encounter similar problems to this?

As a side note, it would be nice to just remove the PIN entirely so the only way to log in is through the picture password, but at this point I'd be fine just changing the PIN.

 

Teams Organization having access to my personal computer

When I went onto Teams to do work, at some point, I must've entered an organization and allowed access for it to change my device (my personal computer). Since then, I have been asked to change my pin twice due to my organization's requirements. I don't
want this organization to have access to my device anymore. How do I remove its access?
