Windows 10: Personal email & Windows licence issues

Hi,I am trying to help someone resolve two separate but related ? issues they have with their PC running windows 10 Home.Issue 1They have a personal email address and email domain which is able to send emails using the Windows 10 Mail app but not receive emails.If you send the email address a message the Microsoft mail servers reject the message - mailbox unavailableSee attached screenshot.It seems that the plain english email address resolves to an obfuscated Outlook mailbox and I assume that this personal email address was set up with Microsoft some time in the past.I am happy to DM the un

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

Microsoft: Upgraded Motherboard = New Windows Licence

My only opinion is that the licences must be issued to a person not to a PC.
By the way , I don`t think this concerns the home users.
