Windows 10: Personal vault problem since upgrading to Windows 11

Ever since I switched to Windows 11 a few weeks ago, documents I keep in my personal vault i.e., the ones I want protected are available in my regular documents folder, even when I haven't unlocked the personal vault. I move them into a new folder in the personal vault, but then they show up again in the documents folder, even if I haven't unlocked the personal vault.

Disable Personal Vault does not work?

Ok I think I got it to work. Here's what I did - Windows 11. Sign-out of OneDrive on your device / PC. Log into OneDrive online. Go to personal vault select options then personal vault in the pick list on the left. Select disable ... wait a bit and the screen will change saying you need to log in to personal vault -- therefor you are disabled. Don't log back into it again. Reboot your device -- i did a shutdown on my pc. When it came up OneDrive was back with no Personal vault.

OneDrive Personal Vault - accessing from Android device

I am trying to access my OneDrive Personal Vault using my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.
Whatever I try I end up with a screen telling me to create a Personal Vault, rather than opening the existing one, which was in fact the 'starting point'.

Steps taken:
- sign in using my Outlook account
- select verification method (send a code to my gmail account)
- paste that into the verification screen

After clicking [Verify] I get this "Create a Personal Vault"-screen.

Any suggestions?

You can try the following, these indications solved the problem with this same error code 0x8031b003 to other users.

1.- Move all the data in the personal vault to a new folder. In OneDrive online with the browser of your choice.

2. In OneDrive online, you deactivate the personal vault >> Personal vault settings >> Menu >> Personal vault options. Two warnings appear.

3. In the Explorer, you remove all the remains of the personal vault. There must be a link in the personal vault and a personal vault folder that stopped working.

4. Finally, you enable the personal vault, online in the browser.

When you open the personal vault locally, all data must be there.
