Windows 10: Personalisation Intermittent Changes

Hi Folks, on my old, still used occasionally Win 7 Home Premium 32 bit desktop pc, I have set the background image to change every 30 minutes and it works perfectly. I have 360 images. On my newish Win 10 Laptop, I have tried the same and failed completely. It can be set to change every 1 Minute, 10 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours or 1 day. If I set it to change at any interval except 1 Minute it will change the image twice, 10 seconds before the on the minute of which one I have set it to use. Never used 6 Hour or 1 Day setting.

In Settings the choices are very limited. Although you can no longer find Personalisation in Control Panel, the old Win7-style version is still there in 20H2....

See if that works any better for you, or read the rest of that thread to see where you can set the time directly in the registry.

 

Cannot use Settings->Personalisation to change Lock Screen settings

Hello,
Is it possibly the Anniversary Update, which has blocked my possibilities to change the Lock Screen configuration? In Settings->Personalisation that whole option is greyed out today and I'm stuck with a lock screen, which I can't modify or change. Any help for this? Perhaps there is a registry change I could apply? I would be happy for any suggestion.

I've attached an image. My language is Swedish, but I guess that you will recognise the part of the Settings->Personalisation, which is shown.
