Windows 10: Personalised settings changing randomly

Hi,As per other users out there in the community I have my Personalised settings are changing from what I had set.In specific I have changed the background image to a slide show and setup a folder with pictures. I have also set colour format to Dark.The changes are: - the background picture changed back to picture. - The Colour theme changed first to Custom and set the window mode color as "light" and the default app mode colour to Dark. - Then after changing it back 30mins later it changed the Colour theme again to Custom but this time it was reversed.As per the attached screen shots the Upda

Cannot use Settings->Personalisation to change Lock Screen settings

Hello,
Is it possibly the Anniversary Update, which has blocked my possibilities to change the Lock Screen configuration? In Settings->Personalisation that whole option is greyed out today and I'm stuck with a lock screen, which I can't modify or change. Any help for this? Perhaps there is a registry change I could apply? I would be happy for any suggestion.

I've attached an image. My language is Swedish, but I guess that you will recognise the part of the Settings->Personalisation, which is shown.

Unable to change settings on settings > personalisation > start

I am unable to change some settings on settings > personalisation > start such as :

- Show more tiles on start

- Show app list in start menu

- Show the recently added apps

- Show the most used apps

- Use start full screen

Every times I try to change the settings, they keep turning back into their default settings.

I think I might be doing something wrong with other settings that then effect the start settings, but I don't know which one.

I hope someone can help me to fix this issue. Thanks
