Windows 10: Personalization problem continues

My computer [HP G62 notebook] laptop began with Windows 7 then upgraded to Windows 10 v 1909 x64 last Jan 2020
I use chrome browser as default


In personalization, playing colors for fun, chose high contrast setting with inverted colors, it turned all of my desktop stuff, emails, game graphics, photos and webpages/websites into negative inverted color setting Not what I wanted

Tried to turn back then I ran into problems, then got some assistance from Microsoft Community few days ago... Turned off the high contrast setting and color filter then restarted Boo Hoo!, Not all had been successful...

Unfortunately, the websites, webpages, Tech support, even in this Microsoft Community and emails are still showing are in negative and worse the graphics/photos on websites are hard to see due to negative colors...
How can I correct that?




Another thing, Start, Taskbar, action center, and title bar won't turn on, to color I worked fine until the high contrast colors choice ... the box to click on wouldn't accept or turn on... it stays gray as inoperable... I tried the tweak setup that I found in askvg... It didn't match when I went to hotkey setting H E L P !!!!!

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

MW2 Problem

I think the game is booting, then Steam is trying to boot, but is hanging during the login process, hell it may be sitting there wait for you to enter your password.

Try this, turn Steam On and log in. Click on the game listed in the "My Games" tab to start MW2 and see if the problem continues. If that does not work, you have 2 other suggestions above.
