Windows 10: personalization screen has gone mostly all white

    personalization screen has gone mostly all white


    While trying to change colours in personalization i have gone into grey mode and while trying to fix that i have an almost completely white screen. I can hover over a few things that are black but i can't tell what they are for because i can't see any of the printing. I can't see where to click on anything. When it's screensaver mode it shows pics from the photo album but they are all grey and white. How can i get to where i can see the options in personalization?

      white bar?

    This issue could also be related to
    damaged screen. We suggest that you contact your manufacturer to have your computer checked for hardware issues.

    Have the white screen gone after the
    system restore with October 18 update?
    Did you try all the above suggested methods?

    personalization screen has gone mostly all white

    White Box on screen

    The users has a dual screen setup. The scale and layout is at 150% on both screens. The user gets this screen (see below) intermittently on both. The user is unable to interact with that white portion when it appears.

    The following troubleshooting steps was performed:

    1. Updated Windows and all drivers related to the computer using the website.
    2. Changed monitor interface from DVI to VGA for both.
    3. Changed scaling to 100% and resolution to 1920 x Y to 1366 x 768
    4. Gone into Intel HD Graphics control to Scale full screen
