Discus and support Personalization in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I need some help with a Windows 10 64 bit Professional issue.Whenever my laptop starts or comes out of Sleep mode, it changes my Personalization mode...     I need some help with a Windows 10 64 bit Professional issue.Whenever my laptop starts or comes out of Sleep mode, it changes my Personalization mode from Slideshow and Fit to Picture and Tile. I have noticed that this happens during a start up AFTER Windows is running because I can see the pictures change to the Tile format. I am using a laptop with two external monitors.Thanks for any help with this issue.

    Settings/Personalization

    Hi,

    We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

    • Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
    • Click on Personalize.
    • Select Colors.
    • Click on High contrast settings.
    • From the drop-down menu, select None.
    • Click Apply.
    • Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

    Let us know the result.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
