Windows 10: Personalize your lock screen??? No. Frustration, Yes!

I've been dealing with this issue for some time and no solution has yet worked and I'm getting very frustrated. I want Windows Spotlight as my default lock screen, but I can't set it that way because it always reverts to Picture. How can I unlock the Personalize your lock screen function so I can make Windows spotlight my default selection.

If the Browse button is not enabled in your device to choose the picture, as an initial step I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your computer and even you can upgrade to the latest available build check if it fixes the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

To change the
lock screen photo, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left side of the screen, click on
  Lock screen.
  
• 
  In the
  Background, change it to
  Picture.
