  1. Personalizing/Customization of Windows Tiles

Hello Team, I'm having long standing question on customizing Windows tiles that appear on Start menu as tiles occupies entire window, I'm finding for an answer on online which some how related, but I haven't got the answers exactly as how I expect. I'm glad that I ended up here seeking your help on ways to shrinkage tile window into rectangle or square with limited naming group on tile front? instead it tries an entire window?

I really got the options to resize/pin/unpin from start menu but not really of different ways of altering Tile window shape.

Installed Version 1909 is also not allowing to resize the shape by installing other themes which may be downloaded from microsoft store.

    :)

  3. Maxwell and Pascal "secretly" use tile based rasterization

I suspect this is still not full tile based rendering the way ARM Mali does, keeping lists of geometry primitives per tile in each hierarchy level. This seems only tiling of a rasterization step.
In pipeline after geometry is done, gpu seems to run full pixel shader with full gpu on each first level tile serially from left to right, top to bottom. Second level could be as well done in immediate rasterization mode but coverage pattern using tiny tiles helps with cache hits - remember, maxwell and pascal have multiple levels of cache in their gpu. Tiles must be appropriately sized by driver to ensure best usage of gpu cache.
