Windows 10: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

Pessoal, boa tarde! Preciso de uma ajuda com um erro muito chato que tem acontecido comigo recentemente. Toda vez que reinicio o computador, ele da tela azul com o seguinte erro PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. Já reinstalei o sistema várias vezes, estou com o W10 atualizado na sua última versão, sem nada pendente no Windows Update, e também com os drivers da placa-mãe e placa de vídeo mais recentes instalados, mas ainda assim o problema persiste.Alguém está sofrendo ou sofreu com isso antes? Acharam a causa? Como resolvo?

BSOD with error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

just had a bsod, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT ntoskrnl.exe, only one driver listed in the bsod info like the first dumps before driver verifier.

I forgot to mention that the same day it happened i updated the nvidia drivers
Today my pc completely froze (I was playing payday 2 when the pfn_list_corrupt and today when it froze)
But since u think it might not be a driver issue, and since it froze today (literally froze, the image and everything) im going to run memtest as u suggested.
I will update in a couple of days after I run the test
