Windows 10: PH315-55 laptop lag issue acer is not doing anything pls microsoft do smth pls help

I have been having this issue from the month of july, system process is not allowing the gpu to go to idle state and this causes lag in laptop, this lag happens periodically every minute happens, in every app, in videos , when scrolling when typing. If I sign out of windows and sign back in or if I restart the laptop this issue is gone.So I think it is software issues, maybe a windows issue, I have tried everything clean installing windows 11 and everything but the lag happens. I have literally tried everything . Please help me fix it or fix the bug in windows.as u can see after I game the f

i buyed this pc 2 year ago

in this 2 year my fps was not decresing they were great 200 or 300

but suddenly my fps got down to 30 to100 and lags my game

i seen that normal my cpu ghz are 2.30 ghz

and when i start mc play 20 min it work fine

then 20 min over my pc lag

and mhz got low like 1.20 or 1.90

pls help me

When i play minecraft 20 min it is fin no fps drop and after 20 min then i get lag in the game i see in afterburn my cpu lowed ghz ? pls help. i have i7 10 gen CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU and a grapic card and 8 gb ram i think issues in my cpu because i use msi after burn for cheaking the mhz and more . my wattage also decrese to 15 to 8 pls reply
