Windows 10: Phantom DVD Reader

Discus and support Phantom DVD Reader in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I installed Win 10 Pro TP x32 in a Desktop with a Pentium D an early build and it worked fine.     Phantom DVD Reader


    I installed Win 10 Pro TP x32 in a Desktop with a Pentium D an early build and it worked fine. I had an EIDE DVD reader which I removed afterwards. Now every time I try to install a new build of Win 10 it appers as option 2 to boot: sellecting option 1 (DVD WR SATA) setup runs fine but in the last start doesn't work the keyboard or the mouse (I had to change the keyboard from a PS2 to an USB). I had to install Win 8.1.
    Last week I installed a new HHD 1.0 TB, reset BIOS and POST, but the Phamtom DVD is still there.
    Please help me.

    Unable to use Foxit PhantomPDF

    Your solution is for Microsoft Windows 8, not 10. I'm getting the same issue. I tried to set Foxit Phantom as my default PDF reader but windows is not allowing this. I never had issues in 8

    Also, the dump files show the ConvertToPDFShellExtension_x64.dll as an "unloaded module" which may indicate the ConvertToPDFShellExtension_x64.dll is problematic.

    The ConvertToPDFShellExtension_x64.dll is a Foxit module and may be a component of Foxit Reader or Foxit Phantom if the computer is an ASUS computer.

    If either of these software is installed update or, if necessary, uninstall the Foxit software.
